Dental hygiene

For a good oral health, dental care routine applies every day. Brushing after meals, using antimicrobial mouthwash and flossing at least once per day prevent bacteria from reproducing in your mouth and causing plaque/tartar accumulation, tooth decay, bad breath, bleeding and receding gum, tooth staining, tooth sensitivity, tooth abscess or  loose teeth and even tooth loss.
Symptoms like bad breath and teeth staining can have a massive impact in your social life and daily activities, making it difficult to eat or speak and making yourself conscious about your smile.
Daily dental care routine along with regular attendance with your dentist/hygienist can be the answer.
